5th Grade Codes!

In 5th Grade we do a lot of work learning how to code.  Knowing how to code will give us access to many great opportunities, and learn to communicate with the technology all around us!  Here are some sites that help us learn to code.

Code.org is a great place to start learning to code!  Each 5th grader has their own account to save their progress!

Scratch is an open website for you to create your own games and apps!  Make sure you have learned the basic skills from Code.org.  Scratch only works on computers.

In 5th grade we get a chance to work with Lego EV3 robots.  This page has a lot of resources, guides, and tips for working with the robots.
